Feb Exercise Challenge. Updated 2/27/07

Sounds like a lot of us are already having a great February!

Today I did a combination of XT and TM for a total of 100/1200.
 
I did 45 min on the TM. I am at 45/1000.
 
I'll try again.........I still haven't met a goal. So put me down for 500 mins; maybe this is my month.
 
How do I do this? Just tell you now how many minutes I plan to do in February?

Where does the clippy come from, and how do I report? I see some people have something like: 200/600 by their clippy- do we just add that if we workout?

Sorry for the questions- I'm rather new to the WISH board - but I want to get in on the action (and fun???:)

I would love to join but not sure how much to go for.I will try for 1200 minutes.
So far I have done 60/1200.I took a 60 min step class that kicked my butt.:goodvibes
 
I added 30 min. of walking tonight for a total of 80/700.:)
 
Only got 20 minutes in tonight. New total is 85/800.:)
 
I'm new to this thread, as well! Please put me in for 1000 for February. Thanks for the great idea!
 
I take Friday's off so I don't have that much to show today.

I'm in for 900 - hope I make it!

Didn't make the gym yesterday, but got in an hour walk morning and again night. New total 213/1600 - 13% Off to the gym to swim soon!
 
Did my six miler this morning, 10 minutes warm up/cool down and 5 minutes stretch =103 minutes. That brings my total to 188/800.
 
I did a step class that was 60 min long and 15 min with weights.Now I am at 135/1200.
 
Another XT and TM day to get my workout schedule back on track.

30 minutes on the stationary bike, 30 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes rowing, and 25 minutes of run/walking on the C25K plan (+5 minutes cool-down, and stretching before and after). 100 minutes today.

Total so far: 200/1200 minutes.
 
I'm new and I wanna join...put me down for 900 min, I have already put in 135 if I count my yoga class...shoud I count that? or stick to cardio and wts?
 
40 minutes on the treadmill on Thursday and Friday, so I'm at 80/600=13% for February.
 
I'm at 90/1000 after 45 min on the TM today.
 
Ok, today 68 min lap swimming and 60 min walk brings me to 341/1600 - 21%
Much better than last month at this point!
 
COunt me in did not meet my Jan goal so will make a more realistic one for Feb. I am trying for 30 minutes a day going for 840 minutes!
