Feb Exercise Challenge. Updated 2/27/07

Count me in for 1600 again. Hopefully I won't be so down to the wire next month!
 
Cound me in for 1200 minutes, please Dona. I only just missed Jan, so hope I can make Feb!! And you can start me with 60 minutes - walking this morning at the dog park!

Ok, I totally blew off exercising in January (where did the month go???)

Put me down for 600 minutes. I feel so much better when I exercise.

Last month my goal didn't quite work out...but I did well. I think if I can meet at least that goal, I'll be doing well. Put me down for 1400, please, Dona.
 
How do I do this? Just tell you now how many minutes I plan to do in February?

Where does the clippy come from, and how do I report? I see some people have something like: 200/600 by their clippy- do we just add that if we workout?

Sorry for the questions- I'm rather new to the WISH board - but I want to get in on the action (and fun???:)

I'm in for 30 minutes a day which is 840 for February!

Today I did my 30! :cool1:
 
Im in for 800. Somehow between work, school, girl scounts and softball I will fit it in. Good luck to everyone.

Thanks, Dona, for doing this again! I'm in for 800 this month...we're 3 days shorter!! I'll start off with 65 minutes on the TM this morning. 65/800. :)

I'm off to a good start. 50 min. for me today at the gym!
 
Another 30 min walk in. Had to take advantage before the next cold front.

I exceeded the Jan challenge by 100 minutes!!
Put me in for another 750 for Feb!
 
Just noticed this thread for the first time, and I'm in! Sign me up for 1200. Guess I better go to the gym tomorrow, huh? :rotfl:
 
60 minutes today. :) I did 45 min WATP stretched for 5 minutes and did 10 min ab workout. :thumbsup2


so I'm starting off with 60/800
 
I'm in for another 1200 this month. :banana:

Today I did one hour of lifting weights, and one hour on the treadmill, so I am already at 10%. :)

February total: 120/1200
