I weigh in every Monday so I'll use Monday as my exercise reporting date as well. I have 150 minutes of my 600 already - lots of treadmill, strength exercises and playing in the snow!!!!!
Only lost .50 lbs last week but I'll take it and keep going!!!!

Feb 2nd--70 minutes
Feb 3rd--70 minutes
Feb 4th--20 minutes
