Feb Exercise Challenge. Updated 2/27/07

I weigh in every Monday so I'll use Monday as my exercise reporting date as well. I have 150 minutes of my 600 already - lots of treadmill, strength exercises and playing in the snow!!!!!

Only lost .50 lbs last week but I'll take it and keep going!!!!

60 min walking today puts me at 511/1600 - almost 32%
 

45 more minutes for me, thanks. Got to get moving some more now!!!

Total now 250/1200
 
As of this morning 185/840!! This is my longest stretch of regular exercise EVER. Been at it since January 13th!!
 
Did the treadmill for 45 minutes yesterday and 40 minutes this morning. My total this month is now 165/600.
 
85 minutes on the TM and 30 minutes strength training brings my total to 333/800.:yay:
 
68 min of lap swimming today puts me at 579/1600 - 36%
 
I'd like to join for 1000 minutes again this month. I've already gotten a start:
Feb 1st--70 minutes
Feb 2nd--70 minutes
Feb 3rd--70 minutes
Feb 4th--20 minutes

230/1000
 
405/1750 minutes...........:cool1:
 
Haven't posted daily, but

Sunday: 100 minutes, with a focus on strength training and flexibility.
Monday: 120 minutes, XT and TM
Today: Day of rest

Total so far: 420/1200 minutes
 
20 mins yesterday and 25 mins today. I've beel feeling blah this week, the cold sure isn't helping. 90/500
