The store will take the walkie talkie's back, the rep on the phone told me not to be so honest when I returned them to the store...just say they dont work!! Whatever! Just want a new set...3 came with, one for us..DD and DS.

Anyway, that is miniscule to TLPL's issue, Mom2PK's issue, and Jon's shopping woes.....lol..sorry Jon, just kidding you!! If Kirsty has the basics, shoes, capris, short...umentionables...she wont have much to buy. Are clothes much cheaper over here???

I don't know if this is interesting to anyone but i just read that there is a shuttle launch scheduled for 2:45 on Feb 7, i would be cool to view that from the ship, since we all will be on there. I know last time i cruised we could see the nasa shuttle prep building from our cabin, i am on the same side of the ship so i might just have to hang out on the verandah to watch this, i ahve always wanted to see a launch, hopefully it is not delayed.

I hate to spoil the party, but I am hoping this is delayed in a way . . . Do not get me wrong I would absolutely love it to happy. Although apparently the traffic is backed up for miles and miles and causes almighty delays . . .
Can anyone help shed light on this?

Have no light to shed.....will call DCL and see if they have any info. Especially since they have motorcoaches that travel to Port from WDW..(we will be on one!)

ok, called DCL..unforunately they can only shed light on the DCL Motorcoaches...but this is what I was told...(Per DCL Ground Services) they track their buses, have back up plan in case of heavy traffic...know more info closer to launch (day of)...also, there have been instances where the ship has been delayed in departing due to buses not arriving to Port on time"

So I guess I am with Jon on this one .....our bus leaves Boardwalk Villas at 12:45 PM, so we are late arrivals to begin with.

As far everyone else, you may have to reconsider your Thursday morning plans/itineraries!

Not as exciting as I first thought.....so much for that party!! Anything else Jon?! lol...(now we are even.....Giants/Packers game!) lol

Ok...Sorry about the wait...Had some major problems with Ex-husband and his current wife this weekend while the girls where there! I wont go into details, but lets just say it will be a long while before they go back over there! Maybe when the 2 of them decide to grow up!

As far as going to the port early, we have rented a car, and will be heading out from AKV about 8:30 am! Then once we are at the port we can relax until they let us board at about 11:30 or 12! I figure after returning the car, and what not, we will have about 1 hour to wait until boarding!

2 weeks from today we leave! I cant wait! It seems like forever!
