What's the weather like in your neck of the woods today?

We're having slightly unseasonably warm weather today. It is currently 81 degrees fahrenheit in Anaheim, CA. We went to Disneyland yesterday and it was gorgeous. Crowded too. I am looking forward to some tropical weather though.

What's the weather like in your neck of the woods today?

15 degrees with 15 mph steady winds...wind chill of 0. Have I complained about Illinois lately? On the bright side, with our corrupt political history in Illinois, it's one of the few places you can live where your license plate may actually be made by a past governor...

I can't remember if on this meet we have asked which dining everyone has, and I'm too lazy too look back thru all 20 pages

So? when are you eating? DH and I are in the late seating, just the two of us, but we prefer the later seating anyhow. . . What are the chances we will be having dinners together

We are on late seating too! We find the early one too much of a rush on port days, seems like we need to end the day early to get dressed for dinner.

If the kids get hungry they'll grab a snack before dinner. Last cruise my youngest begged us to let him eat with his "friends" most nights, so it ended up just being three of us.

Hey new Alberta people. We are in Okotoks, just south of Calgary so not far from each other.

Our weather has been crazy warm +10 today - I am sure the snow is just around the corner tho

We are also on late dining- hope the kids will be ok with that!

Ok just wanted to ask. We have never been to LA so have no idea of distances. We fly in on the friday and was thinking of doing 2 nights at Disney hotel and then we dont fly back until the monday so was thinking of a hotel near Hollywood to spend the rest of the day after getting back to LA. Is this feasible and if so any recommendations for hotels near Hollywood.

Pretty rough down here in San Diego too. It was about 80 here in Alpine, went hiking down at Torrey Pines where the fog caused the temps to drop to a frigid 59 degrees. Brrrr, sooooo cold. Fog moved out and life became bearable again.

Hi!

We were thinking of bringing some alcohol on board to keep our costs down, not a lot just enough for a drink or two in the evening on the balcony, it's my first time with a balcony, so really want to enjoy it!

Here's our dilemma, we fly in at 10:30 pm the night before boarding, and are planning to stay in San Pedro (doubletree or crowne plaza) Does anyone have a suggestion on the easiest way to purchase it in the morning before boarding? I'm sure all of the shuttles will be too busy with cruise ship people to take me to the store.

Any ideas?

Hiya Nikki...yes, you'll have plenty of time for all that, can't give any hotel recommendations for that area, but orange county, or San Diego...I could help with that.

Ahhhh I miss San Diego weather!!!!!!

It is gray and overcast around 40's... pretty standard yucky weather here for Portland. Can't wait for the weather on this cruise!!!!!

I'm originally from Canada (outside of Ottawa - we will have to connect @DaniellefromOttawa) so I'm thrilled to see so many Canadians will be on board. Do you have main seating or late seating for dinner?

We have main seating. It is quite early for us, but late seating woud be way too late for our 2 year old. She stays up quite late, but by the time food arrives for late seating, she would have eaten already.
