Hi I just signed up for Fish Extenders over on the other board, too. My Mom is making mine as we speak. This is our first cruise, and I am so excited. For those doing the FE, I am a huge Twilight fan too. I'm reading them again-
3rd time! I'll be on the lookout for some cute vampy stuff. Tonia

Since several of you like Twilight, I have to share this with you.

I am a librarian at a public library. About every other day, I get asked about the Twilight series. Most of them may have seen the movie or may have just heard about the series and would like to read it. This is where I get to laugh. I get to tell them we have over 400 people on a list to get the book! It's been this way for over a month now. The look on the person's face is what makes me laugh. They can't believe that many people want the book. The second book has about 150 on the list. I expect that to slowly grow as well.

We just got more in so now we own about 70 copies (give or take a few). Since our customers get 3 weeks with a book (if they return it on time), then the 400th person will have to wait about 4 months or so to get the book. While our books are "free" to borrow, it would be faster to buy your own copy.

By the way, we are almost at the 30 day mark. Maybe my QTY will change to a #### soon.

Also, newbie question here, is there anything I should be checking on at this point? I've paid in full, don't need kid's club stuff and not going to Palo's this trip scared1: but true). This is my first DCL cruise and I want to experience dinner at each of the restaurants this time.
I plan on printing out the paperwork soon to get it all filled out before getting to PC, but don't want to do it too early only to misplace them.

Hey everybody! Just wanted to remind everyone our cruise is a little over a month away! YAY! Anyway, my 8 yr old daughter wanted me to see if there are any other girls her age going? Of course I know there will be...she just knows I've got tons of info from this board, so she keeps hounding me to ask!So if any of you on the 2-5 Wonder have daughters around her age, please let me know, so I can tell her. Thanks in advance! I also have a 5 year old daughter, and we are traveling with 2 other families. I can't wait!!!

(I have been loaning out my Twilight books to my friends, trying to reduce the demand at our local library!! I plan on reading them again, if I ever get my books back!)

I am not sure about the cake. When the travel agent asked my date of birth, he quickly noted that was the date of the cruise. Before he got off the phone he said, "other than your birhtday, are there any other special events you are celebrating". So, who know?

Is there any way to find out our dining assignments--which restaurant on which night? I have Palo ressies the first night, I hope I not missing Animators Palate.

which night is Pirate Night?

Can we find out what order we will see the shows? It doesn't really matter, I'm going to see them all, I am just curious.

I'm a planner and I'd feel better if I knew what was going on.

Hi again everyone!

Just singed up over on Passporters for the FE Exchange, really looking forward to our cruise now, especailly as we got our room assignment this week

My dd11 is really hoping to make some new friends so keeping my fingers crossed for her. In the meantime have to get my head around just how to start on making the FE....maybe take some pics to mum tomorrow....

Now to make my FE. I saw a neat no sew post on the regular cruise board. The thread was something like "I'm brilliant". I'm hoping to try it myself this weekend.

I logged onto my cruise reservation today and saw that they posted that we'll get our fuel surcharge back as a stateroom credit- anyone know how much that was again? Otherwise I'll just call and ask!

My reservation sheet said $24 - but that is just for one person. I think it would be the same amount for a second person but I'm not sure about a third or fourth person.

I figure that $24 will be spent in the bar - should get me at least a drink a day -
