When are your dinner times princessdaisy?

We are 6:00 so we can still go to the show at 8:15.

Hi!
We are going to be on this cruise too! It is going to be me, DH, DD6, DS3, and my parents. I was up late last night making sure we got our Dolphin encounter booked. The kids really wanted to do that. The rest of the time I plan on doing a lot of relaxing. Sorry, I'm not from Louisiana, but let me tell you getting away from Minnesota in February is going to be GREAT!

Welcome aboard MomPotz!

No worries...I am not from Louisiana (San Diego Native I am;) ) just my hubby. I bet it will be nice to get away from those Cold Minnesota winters and enjoy Bahamas:beach: The Dolphin encounter sounds great!

Tara: I have Palo Dinner booked for last night at 8:00 and we will go to the early show for Disney Dreams...also scheduled an early Palo Brunch for last day at sea and in between those times will be our spa reservations:cloud9:

So Castaway Cay day is also Pirate night? wow, gonna be tired but plan on staying up for 9:45pm Pirate show & fireworkspirate: I will be too stuffed for the Pirate buffet:guilty: after Palo dinner...the buffet for Pirates is so neat and they have these fresh crepes & huge turkey legs.:upsidedow

Welcome to the group MomPotz! I added you to the roll call thread.

Looks like the girls will have us outnumbered! There are alot of girls age 6 and 7, five of them to be exact! That means more time for us in our "clubs"! I hope they are willing to go, especially our day at sea...that is when our Palo and spa ressies are.

I am super excited about everything!

Happy Turkey Day All!

Tara :tink:

Happy Turkey Day:dance3:

I am anxiously watching my Cat 12gty and hope for an upgrade:wizard:

Last cruise my family & I got upgraded from a Cat 12 to Portholde Cat 9 and our last seven day on Magic from a Cat 9 to Cat 4 family suite...that was a fun cruise and we also got chose as familyof the week and got all sorts of in our stateroom. The pixie dust as flying on those last two cruises:yay:

We are hoping for an upgrade too! We made Cat 12 and are hoping for ANY increase. We made our reservations over a year before the trip...plus it is our 15th wedding anniversary and first cruise.

I can't wait to find out.

  Yes, can't wait to find out...here is some :wizard: for you, Tara:wizard:

Very Cool TaraMarie!

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We have one more to go today. All these holidays really cut into my trip planning time!

My daughter is going to be so excited to have so many girls her age on the trip. Now, I just need some little boys to keep my son busy.

We went to see Enchanted last night. My daughter loved it. I told her maybe she will be able to see it again on the cruise. Now I just need to hope it is still playing or I will be in trouble.

Have a great day!

thanks guys...I am having shirts made too for our trip!

Enchanted is on our movie list too! I am looking forward to watching a movie on the BIG screen by the pool. Let's just hope it isnt freezing!

Tara

We have done WDW in February every year for the past 5 years and have always had fabulous weather, so I'm hoping we bring our luck with us again this year :thumbsup2 . But then again it will be around -20F back home so we may not be as picky as others.

Wow, that is cold! I am such a lightweight that when it get dowdn to 62 here in San Diego we are all dressed in big coats, gloves, mittens and EVERYONE is complaining about how it's freezing:rotfl:

It was 49degrees today here and I loved every minute of it!!!!

I am hoping that the water doesn't get cold in the bahamas....I would hate to not be able to see my stingrays! I don't care if it was 20degrees!--I am going swimming to say that I did it!

The water at Castaway Cay is cold but you get used to it...it was even cool in July but felt good cause it was so hot! The Stingrays are further down the beach and the water is so pretty & clear...love the Stingrays:love:

How are your shirts coming along? that will make a cute picture!

I think I have read that the water in the bahamas never gets below like 75 degrees? A little chillier than I would like but definitely tolerable.

The water at Nassau is usually a little warmer kinda like bath water but for some reason the water at Castaway Cay seems to always be chilly...have been to Castaway Cay in Dec., Jan., April, Oct. and July and the only time it was nice (not too cold) was in July...the rest of the time brrrrrr when you first get in its like getting in a unheated pool...cold at first but get used to it. I know I was kinda shocked at the temparature the first few times.

Good idea to bring a swim shirt if you like the water a little warmer.

I thought of a name for our group!!!

Since it is Mardi Gras ( I know not everyone is from LA...but it will still be a holiday) we could be Crew de la Wonder (Crew of the Wonder--since that is the name of the boat)

SO what do you guys think?
