FEA FP availability?

This topic may have already been beaten into the ground but I couldn't get the search to find a post on it.

How has it been going getting fast passes for Frozen Ever After? I have a friend going in early October and she told me that she wasn't able to get one for any of her days. (Although, she had a travel agent book her fast passes instead of doing it herself. I couldn't give up control like that but you gotta do what you gotta do! But I do wonder if the agent was really sitting there at 7:00am to book like many people do for their own.)

We're planning a second day at Epcot so we can have a chance at an FEA and a Test Track fast pass. The tiering at Epcot is always one of my biggest planning hurdles.

ANYWAY, we have a four year old DD so this one is a pretty important FP+ for us to get. We'll be there the last week of January. We check in on a Saturday and my preferred time slot would be mid morning on the Wednesday of our trip, so kind of 60 days plus 4. (I can of course be flexible but we have a later breakfast ADR at Akershus that morning. It would be nice to head right over after that.)

So has everybody been having as much trouble as my friend with the FEA FPs? How much time should I spend worrying about this over the next few months? The four months between 180 days and 60 days are the most stressful part of my Disney wait! And yes, I'm embarrassed how much I nitpick over these types of details. o_O

I waited until my 60-day window began rolling beyond my original booking window and found late evening FEA FPs - September 29 and 30.

If you aren't picky about the return window, you should be able to get something. Begin with your last Epcot day and search for FEA. Then go to your other Epcot day and search for FEA. After doing that, search for any high priority FPs in any park.

When you get your must-dos booked, then return and complete your allotment of 3 in each park.

I had a computer glitch at midnight on my 60 and gave up and went to bed. the next day at around 8am, I was able to book one late fp for late for one of my days and 3 days of mid day for a party of 6 for FEA.

travel dates 10/15-22/16

It wasn't a computer glitch.

FP booking windows now open at 7:00a ET. So, you were only an hour late in booking your FPs.

Wow, so I missed that there even was a "subcategory" for Fast pass questions until the mod moved my post. And obviously there are several on here talking about this same topic, so sorry to beat a dead horse.

However, if anybody else want to continue discussing this, (especially if they have positive stories to tell!) I'm all ears.

On a sort of related note, does anybody know about this whole travel agent booking fast pass thing? Is that pretty common? Do you think they would really be as diligent about it as I would for myself?

We will be there October 27th - Nov 3rd when would I be able to make my FP for this?

I had no problems getting FEA on multiple days, but I couldn't find anything for time slots before 1:30 p.m., most availability was for 4 or later.

We have not been able to get a FP for FEA either and with our trip less than a week away it's looking very unlikely that we will be able to do so.

For those that suggested hitting it at RD, does anyone know if you can use The International Gateway to get there quicker or is that entrance still limited to Future World until 11:00 AM?

Going in October also, was hoping for a 12:00 or sometime around noon, but had no problem exactly at 7am, 60 days in advance of getting FP for 5PM and after. EXCITED!:woohoo:

It is my understanding that you can use International Gateway.::yes::
