FD and POR cancelations?

We are wanting to switch our AoA to POR with the FD.

If anyone cancels for the time for sept 21-29 please let me know~!

I am really wanting to stay here instead!!

I am in the same boat as you, I called today to switch our CBR to POR the week of 9/8 to 9/15...free dining standard view....no rooms available....the nice CM did tell me to check back often because people cancel/switch dates daily...good luck...wishing for pixie dust for both of us.

We've been trying to do the same thing for a couple of weeks now. My DH called on Monday to switch us from CBR to POR. The only thing they had available was a room with a King size bed which won't work for our party of 4. The CM checked POFQ and they had a river view room available. Even though it was more money than the standard room at CBR, my DH took it. We may continue trying to get POR, but if we can't, I think we'll be happy with POFQ, especially since we can still use the pools and food court at POR.

They do have rooms available, but they are Royal Rooms and adds another $600 plus dollars to the total. I added an extra $300 for the switch but not goign to pay the extra $600.

I planned a trip for friends for this week and they are there and LOVE it.

When I called the last CM said. Mam, the same is available as what we quoted you before. Maybe try waiting a few days!

I was kinda frustrated bc I have been patient and I am always very polite. She was frustrated that I called again asking for the same request.

WHat happens is they have to call Guest Services which is their "supervisors" to do an override to check if anything is available becuase the FD that I booked under is expired.
