iHop for breakfasts, an absolute must do! We also enjoyed meals at Sweet Tomatoes, The Cheesecake Factory and Fuddruckers. We really wanted to try Bahama Breeze but bf wasn't feeling well on that day, definitely next time though :) We really wanted to like Olive Garden but were unimpressed, might give a different location a try.

I thought Pebbles had closed down ages ago?? I know it used to get a good write up years ago.. we went in the mid 90's. It was OK.. but DH wasn't over keen!
Yes, it's been closed for a few years now. It was on our to-do list for years thanks to the rave reviews it always received, but we were disappointed when we eventually got around to it.

Thanks Deb,

Thought it was! As I said, we went quite a number of years ago, when it was getting a good write up in the Sentinel.. etc.. but it was OK - very expensive though! Would go to Manny's any day!

Tracy, I had heard of Manny's before but didn't think it was worth the drive down, Just shown DW & DW your pics, they say we are going in August now.:goodvibes

Wayne - we were there back at Easter. Thoroughly recommend it. If you eat at the bar, you don't have to wait,

Julie

Bahama Breeze, Sweet Tomatoes, Red Lobster, Margaritaville :thumbsup2

Those pictures from Mannys are making me want to go there on our trip in 2 weeks :yay:

The only problem for us is we usually eat onsite as we dont rent a car but that Cheesecake looks so yummy it would be worth a Taxi!

My vote goes for Cheesecake Factory

That Cheesecake looks like it's the size of a Taxi. Daren't show DH he'll want to go every night!:scared1:

I don't think you can beat Golden Corral, for quality & variety if you're on a budget or travelling with 'fussy' children or they're fed up of 'Mac n Cheese'.

beeches and cream just for the ice creams the burgers are good too and the milkshakes are devine.
we also really enjoyed the a&w drivein had a really tasty burger the seats were comfortable and you can choose your own music and the car themeing is even better than the one at hs and at the end of the meal you dont have to walk back to the car just turn the key and away you go. but seriously we did enjoy the food.
another vote for outback

Just had a look on my Map (the one by Steve Munns) and I cant find Mannys.

The 27 is off the page! but on the other side there is a small part with Villa locations on but no restaurants.

Anyone know what Villa community it is nearby? Or does anyone know how far it is from Disney? Is it closest to Animal Kingdom for a Taxi?

Thanks

my fave, fave is Logan's roadhouse, then the outback :thumbsup2
have yet to try texas de brazil but will do on next trip :)

You need to try Texas Roadhouse if you like Logans and Outback. We love it there.

Wow, those pictures of Mannys look fantastic - where is the 27? Must know so we can visit. Many thanks :thumbsup2

Outback (again)
Bob Evans at the junction of the 4 and 27 was an ideal stop off before home.
Applebees on the 27 next to the Publix by Highlands Reserve

So much more to try next time we go... hmmmm feeling hungry now!
