Favorite Quick Service Restaurants for special diets at the Parks

We are on the Dining Plan and have our table services figured out and reservations made, but I need to know what Quick Service restaurants to try for the other meals.

My son is Dairy, Oat, Wheat and Nut free.... My Husband is just Gluten Free.

I already know about Columbia House at MK having a great kids allergy menu.

I need recommendations at Epcot and Hollywood studios for kids meals with good for dairy/nut/GF and adult meals that are GF.

If there are no 'kids meals' that would work with his allergies, would they give my son an adult meal?

If there aren't any safe kids meals then yes I believe they will give you an adult meal using his credit but I can't think of anywhere where this will happen (we only eat at places where I know we can all get food so maybe there is such a place and I'm just not familiar with it).

Epcot: At Sunshine Seasons the majority of the grill station will be safe. My kids used to enjoy the drumstick meal. I know there's other stuff as well but my kids always wanted the chicken when they were still on kids meals. You can get the allergy chicken tenders and burgers with allergy buns at Electric Umbrella and Liberty Inn (American pavilion).

DHS: I think I've read that they have pizzas that are GFCF as well as nut and oat free but we haven't tried them. Since they don't have a kids size version I believe that they will give you the regular size one for the kids credit. They have the allergy chicken tenders and burgers with allergy buns at Backlot Express and ABC Commissary.

I am also dairy, nut, oat, and wheat free in addition to egg, soy, shellfish, coconut, and a few other things. I can't help with the kids meals because I am 24 but with how accommodating Disney is I can't imagine they wouldn't allow that if there is nothing on the kids menu.

One tip: the allergy chicken tenders are AMAZING! So much better than the regular ones.

Since I am also soy and egg free my options are more limited than yours will be but this is where I had succes in June:

EPCOT: sunshine seasons definitely. The selections are amazing and they have a great selection of allergy friendly desserts including enjoy life and OMG products.

I also liked electric umbrella because I could get the allergy chicken tenders and fries there.

DHS: we had success at studio catering company. I was amazed that they could make me something GF/dairy free/egg free/soy free/nut free/oat free as well as no raw fruits and vegetables.

I've heard that pizza planet has GF/DF pizza but I've never had it because it has soy cheese

Also....Allergy free Mickey waffles...AMAZING! I got them free of all the top 8 allergens (plus everything else I'm allergic to). I think they are available at most Resort QS for breakfast. I've had them at POP, WL, CBR, POFQ, Contemporary, Grand Floridian, All star sports.
