Ok, just kidding! (Although I do enjoy my DCL beer mug at home).

As pin collectors, we really enjoy the exclusive cruise line pins. The little rubber models of the Magic are neat, inexpensive souveniers too. We also collect fridge magnets and even though we now display only Disney-vacation magnets, our whole fridge is almost covered! We have mags from The Magic, CC, St. Thomas, St. Maarten, St. John, Trunk Bay, and of course all the WDW theme parks and the resorts we've stayed at. This year Key West, Cozumel and Cayman can join the club!

Of course the family pics in Shutters are also must-have purchases on board.
Beyond that, just a beach towel and a tshirt or 2...

I bought a photo album....something I would normally consider a splurge......you know, they're a lot cheaper at walmart! But by the end of the week, we fell in love with almost all the photos at shutters, and having a special album gave me incentive to get the photos in it! I love having a super special album filled with the most wonderful pictures.

Was this photo album big enough for the larger sized pictures at Shutters? Did you buy it at Shutters or in the gift shop? What is on the cover?

Wow, Ann, what are you doing up so late.......these boards are kinda addicting aren't they! (counting down to 10/17!!!!)

I got the album at the gift shop. I wasn't sure which format to get, the magnetic pages or the clear envelope ones......boy, I'm glad I got the large, magnetic (I think thats what they're called) pages as our pictures are varying sizes. On the front is a cartoon drawing of an island with Disney Characters on it and "Disney Cruise Line 2002". They also had a very sophisticated looking one that was a beautiful navy color with just the ship on the front.....it was striking. I'm thinking it was $18-$20.

My favorite thing from our Aug. Wonder cruise is the the sapphire and diamond ring my husband bought me from one of the shops on the ship. Everytime I look at it, it brings back all the wonderful times we had this vacation.

THANKS EVERYONE! I WILL MOST DIFFENTLY GET A PHOTO ALBUM. I AM ADDICTED TO MAKING SCRAPBOOKS. I AM PLANNING ON DOING AN ENTIRE ALBUM ON JUST THE CRUISE.

jeleann.......you may be interested in the scrapbook kits they have there. They looked really cute. I think they were about the same price, but I'm not sure.

I haven't been on the cruise yet, but I have a huge list of potential purchases building: definately a photo album or scrapbook, a beach towel and the beautiful Radko ornament!

We have posters of both the Wonder and Magic signed to our family by the Captain. We have them framed and hanging around our house.

I also got the navy photo album and my daughter got the scrap book. We both love them! My son's favorite was the model of the ship he had signed by the captain. I think the Christmas ornament with the cruise ship on it was also a big hit

In August, we purchased the Christopher Radko cruise ship ornament. It will look great on the tree, and be a great reminder of a great trip.

We collect Radko and have our beautiful DCL ornament out for display year-round to remind us of all of our "magical" Disney cruises. Leaving today for 2 more!

I spend so much in the spa that DH kind of instructs me that the gift shops are off limits! LOL!!!

Just kidding!
We usually spend our money on magnets, photos, and other small things. I did get a cool shirt last cruise.

On our August 18th 4-night my husband bought me a pair of Judith Jack "mickey" earrings. I absolutely love them.

I will definitely be wearing those on the 7 night (Oct 12th).

My favorite purchase is also my Christopher Radco ornament of the Ship. It is even more special because we had Captain Henry sign it for us. We took a picture of him signing for my scrapbook. I also buy a special cruise frame each cruise and pick my favorite photo from the cruise to put in it. We also love the die cast models of the Disney "Magic" and "Wonder". We aslo purchase a deck of cards and fridge magnet everywhere we go.

I bought plenty of things in the shops, and I love them all. But I think my favorite is just a coffee mug. Somehow my morning coffee tastes much better in that DCL mug and it always puts a smile on my face

I won't be going on my FIRST Disney cruise until Jan 2004, but I know already I want to buy the photo-album and the Xmas ornament. I can only imagine how gorgeous that ornament is. Just can't wait to see it!! Is there a photo of the ornament on any web-site??
