We will be visiting for 3 nights end of May and my daughter has a dairy allergy and tends to eat healthy foods. I know Mythos has great options, is there anything else that you all like? Can be in Citiwalk or Royal Pacific or in either of the parks?

Healthy foods...there are a few, depends on your definition of healthy. My DD is a vegetarian and found a few options at Jake's at RPR. Think they had a vegetable flatbread and maybe a roasted chicken with vegetables? Probably a plant-based burger also.
Three broomsticks in IOA has chicken with potatoes & corn, or a chicken salad. I know there is a fruit cart in the IOA entryway and in Hogsmeade. It kills me to pay that much for a piece of fruit, but I do it.
Lots of places will have salads. Burger Digs at IOA has a spring salad on the menu, also a mushroom burger or a grilled chicken sandwich.
You have to read the menus.

As someone that is gluten and dairy free, I've been scouring menus and watching vlogs to get ideas for our upcoming trip. Thunder Falls terrace in the Jurassic park area looks like a nice option. Agree with the posts above. I was also pleased with the options at the restaurant in Sapphire Falls, too, Amatista Cookhouse.

I usually eat at the two Harry Potter restaurants. The challenge is going to be finding veggies. Lots of carbs and protein. And the challenge with salads is cross contamination. I don't want to get sick on my vacation. Your best bet might be hotel dining options. However, given that you will be walking roughly 10 miles a day, you're going to want to adjust your diet accordingly.

Here are the Harry Potter menus:

I usually opt for the stew here. Food is better here than at Three Broomsticks. But I prefer the seating here.

I get the smoked chicken here. Three Broomsticks is like a better Boston Market.

Thank you! She is looking for items like roasted veggies, sandwiches made with roasted veggies, fish, fruit bowls, items with oat milk. She does eat salad but that gets old after a while. The rotiserie chicken is a good option.

If anyone happens to be huge fruit platters or bowls anywhere let me know. It can be on Citiwalk. Where we live it is common for venders to sell cut fruit in cups with tajin seasoning, whatever is in season and she loves it! My other kid and myself have an easy time finding food options. He wants a burger and fries : )

Not all of these look healthy to me. But this will add some more options.

Oh, that reminds me. Today cafe at USF had some good acai bowl options for breakfast.

The pool bar at Portofino Bay has a nice fruit platter I get when I pool hop over there. Not the most convenient for you probably.

Doc Sugrue‘s Kebab in IOA has veggie kebabs. Today Cafe and Lisa‘s Teahouse in US have healthier options too. I think Lisa’s Teahouse is grab and go.

I’m sure there are some at other places as well but I did see huge cups of fresh cut fruit in croissant Moon bakery which is in Islands of Adventure.

Also, not healthy but for a treat, it looks like Toothsome has a dairy free milkshake (but I would ask to be sure):

Right Side Up Shake(VG)- $16.00
Vegan pineapple upside down cake, brown sugar, caramel, pineapples, oatmilk whipped topping

I have a dairy (and tree nut/mango) allergy...I mentioned the allergy at all locations, so all of my foods (save the snacks) were specially made...

I enjoyed...
- Cowfish - What's Shakin' Tuna Bacon Sandwich with regular fries (you can't get sweet potato fries here b/c those are only in the contaminated fryer)
- Confisco Grille - Ahi Tuna Nachos
- Krusty Burger - (Made by the chef just for me b/c she was new, so she needed my help with her allergy menu folder and ingredients list) - Mother Nature Burger (with bacon added) and Tater Tots - this was amazing
- The Burger Digs - Casado Burger and Spring Salad - really, really good but took a long while to get
- Voodoo Donuts - Vegan apple fritter - best vegan value dessert I've ever had
- San Francisco Pastry Company - Vegan Elderberry Croissant - another awesome item - 1st dairy free croissant I've ever had
- Chill Ice Cream - Dole Whip - Only place I felt really uncomfortable b/c they didn't know if the vegan dole whip shared an exit point with the ice cream, so my kids all volunteered to get dole whip to "clean out the machine" just in case and then I got the 5th one...and it was refreshing and I was fine

Wow! They options sound fabulous! I'm sure they will make her happy, always feel bad she has the restricted diet.
