The New Year's Eve Illuminations at the turn of the millenium was probably the best I have seen. But speaking on a more recurring basis I am a sucker for Fantasmic.

It's a cross between wishes, Illuminations, and Fantasmic. Diffently wishes in December. Nothing like riding magic carpets as the fanali is going on with the special 360 degree ending while you are going 360,,,
