What is your favorite Disney Sweet Treat?

A couple of weeks ago I found the thread about candy in Epcot and went with a new shopping list and ended up spending a ton on candy!

I didn't know anything about Dole Whips until I read the thread with pictures of Disney Dining!

So what I want to know is, Do you know of any other sweet treasures in the World??

I'll start...

a couple of weeks ago we walked past Sleepy Hollow near Liberty Square in Magic Kingdom. I saw a sign that said caramel popcorn. I walked up and asked how fresh their caramel corn was (I was afraid it might be pre-packaged stuff!). The CM told me that they make it fresh every morning. So, I got some! It came in a really cute little bucket that had Mickey on the lid!

It was Wonderful!!! Now I must have some everytime I go to MK from now on! Plus the cute little bucket is great for storing small toys or crayons or well anything!!!

So...
For me
1. Dole Whips
2. Caramel Corn from Sleepy Hollow
3. ??? (always room for something new!!)

What other treats can you not live without when you go to Disney World??

I love the rice cream with strawberry topping in Norway. I can eat so much of that dessert, but it's VERY fattening!

DTD's Ghiradelli's fresh chocolate dipped strawberries are awesome :thumbsup2
Nestle Toll House Ice Cream sandwich is great if not frozen solid.
And going to the Beaches N Cream over at the Beach Club. They have a couple of things that I have tried but I am dying to try the "Kitchen Sink" It is tooo big for my little family.

The best sweet thing I ate while in Disney was the Carmel/Candied apples at The Candy Cauldron in DTD.....These things are almost like a meal in themselves....HUGE..and very good...lots of different combinations.....I just don't suggest you eat a big meal before stopping by there.. :teeth:

I remember that thread about the Epcot candies. Read it before we went down a few weeks back and all I have to say to those bad bad baaaaad people.... Thanks!!! My hips aren't thanking you but my tastebuds are! I only wish I had the staying power :rotfl2: I tried the recommended Cadbury and fell in love. Susan was happy to munch the Mars bars, dh got to mine before I did .. Drat that man! and I located Flake at home at the World Cost store, along with Cadbury and I think it was the same as what was sold in Epcot. Next trip ITALY! :teeth:

Now my regular must have each trip are now:

1. Dole Whip usually in the form of the float.
2. Goofy's Kitchen - getting one of those made to order desserts. I'm not sure which I prefer. The rice krispie or the vanilla cream oreo. :lovestruc

I guess I'll have to go back and try them both again. Though I'm not sure i can do both in 1 trip so that would mean 2 back to back trips would be required then another yet to savor the winning treat! That's another baaaad place. Bad bad bad. i also like their banana ice drink though I went without this last trip. Excuse me while I pout over that :teeth:

Where is this AK Rootbeer float to be found???? I sense another future treat ::yes::

;) The free chocolate square that they give you as you enter Ghiardelli's at DTD is just yummy.

I think of it as an appetizer for the huge ice cream sundae that I will have next as my main course! :thumbsup2

My absolute favorite disney sweet is a Dole Whip with rainbow sprinkles. You see, the secret is in the sprinkles...MUST have the sprinkles! :)
:mickeybar

I am in love  with the glazed almonds right outside of the Jungle Cruise. They are deeelicious!!

Fantasizing about the Macadamia Pralines. They make the pralines with other nuts, too, but there's just something so decadent about having them with fresh madadamias. YUM!

It's not a trip to Disney if I don't eat 2 or 3 servings of chocolate moose at Epcot!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the plain SQUARE rice krispie treats. Some of the mickey head shaped rice krispie treats are made somewhere off-property and taste totally different (or maybe it's just me  ). I used to be able to get the square treats all over- now they're more hard to come by--- :confused3

Sitting on your balcony at the GF drinking coffee and eating a rice krispie treat from Gasparillas at 6:00AM (the breakfast of champions) cannot be beat.

Ooo- I can't pin it down to one

Mickey ice cream bar.

Norway school bread.

I have to agree with the rice krispie treats. I also love the chocolate chip ice cream cookie sandwiches from chip and dale's in AK.

For me it is:

1. Strawberry Swirls from Enchanted Groove at MK
2. Toll House Cookie ice cream sandwiches
3. Chocolate Mousse from France in EPCOT.

Funnel cakes at the American Pavillion in the World Show Case

Oh, I am such a sucker for sweets so I have a few...

Roasted cinnamon almonds from EPCOT
Kakigori from the Japan Pavilion
Rice Krispie treats even though I make them better at my house :teeth:
Disney Fudge in general

and of course...

Dole Whips

Strawberry Swirls at Enchanted Grove in MK

Citrus Swirls at Sunshine Tree Terrace in MK
