This will be our first trip to DLP and though having read many reviews and options for dining, I'm trying to compile a small list of the most recommended. There are few things during a Disney trip that can spoil my mood more than paying an outrageous price for a mediocre meal.
Of course in many cases, you're paying that price more so for the atmosphere/characters...(we ate at Blue Bayou on NYE and while I knew I was paying for the atmosphere more than anything, the food was, at best, edible.)...
With that said, can some of you more experienced with the food options, offer your opinions on the various facilities, please? We'll be visiting over Thanksgiving (US) and want to pick the best option...

And does DLP offer 'cart food'? Such as turkey legs, popcorn or corn dogs like back in the States?
Thank you! Your input is greatly appreciated!
