Favorite Counter Service?

What are your favorite counter service restaurants? We are looking for more than just the regular burgers, hot dogs and chicken fingers. I love the Boulangerie Patisserie in France. But was wondering about other good ones.

We love Wolfgang Puck Express in DTD. It is CS but does not feel like it. There is a great variety of wonderful food items that are fresh and delicious. Definately NOT your ordinary CS!!!

Tangierine Cafe in Epcot, and Flame Tree in AK are two of my favorites.

I 2nd these! In Epcot, The Tangierine Cafe is my #1! Flame tree is really good IMO. I also love the Cantina de San Angel in Mexico (Epcot), the Tacos Al Carbon are a huge favorite of mine.
DH loves Canitina de San Angel and Tangierine Cafe also. His favorite outside of the parks is Earl of Sandwich in DTD.
