It's like choosing a favorite child!!
I love a good mayo/ketchup/mustard mix for anything potato
A1 or Heinz 57 are fantastic for that, too.
Ranch is great for veggies, chicken, salads (but, I am so picky about my ranch....homemade is by far, the only one I think is acceptable, ha! Some restaurants can measure up, though! Has to be thinner, lots of dill)
And, for hot sauces..Tapatio and Cholulua are my faves.

an olive burger so just mayo and a ton of sliced green olives. For steak it has to be A1. I generally just use ketchup for fries, unless they are hand cut and made fresh then I like malt vinegar and salt. For dressings on a salad if I'm not caring about calories I choose Thousand Island, but if I'm making salad at home I like fat free Catalina, or the Walden Farms calorie free Ranch or Thousand Island.
