None from that list.. For fast food, it would be A&W, but I don't think there are any around anymore..

Otherwise I would have to say "diners" - in general.. Most in our area are owned and run by Greeks and they are very, very particular about the taste, quantity, and quality of their food.. They also offer very wide selections - everything from the "meat and potatoes" sort of meals all the way up to the fancier dinners.. Sandwiches are great and their breakfast items are awesome!! :goodvibes

Cheesecake Factory! Since you mentioned Lake Grove, I would add Bobby Flays Burger Palace too!

Never heard of Bobby Flays Burger Palace before. Where is?

ETA: Looks like I was too fast on the quote button. If I would have read a little further down, I would have found the answer, lol.

I voted Red Lobster because I SOOO wish we had one. - I can get lobster anywhere here, but I miss the cheese biscuits!

I think I see progress...there's a Denny's coming to Centereach!! LOL I've been thinking since they're building the casino out in Southampton, there might be a CB in the future!!!! Imagine how much business they would get if they built one somewhere along the 27 on the way to the casino???

Denny's is coming to Centereach? Remind me to stay clear of it. Every Denny's we have gone to has horrible service and food. They used to be good back in the 80's, but not anymore.

I recently had their Pina colada with strawberry on the top. I forgot the name of it, but boy was it delicious! I don't drink alcohol, but this is the one drink I don't mind having (can barely taste the alcohol)! Mmmmmm...

They're still around in my area. Love a good root beer float! :thumbsup2

I LOVED their burgers!! And just something about them being in that "foil" bag - LOL.. Do they still do that? To me, they had the best burgers ever - with the onion slices and all.. Drats!! Now I want one!!!!! :headache:

Of those listed Red Lobster is my favorite, but I also really like TGI Friday's, Applebee's and Friendly's.

I used to love Olive Garden, but with an intolerance for wheat pasta is just not a good choice for me anymore. :(

A couple of those I've never eaten at, like Cheesecake Factory. Not sure they have those here in Michigan at all, or maybe down by Detroit where we never go.

My favorites not on the list are Cracker Barrel, Outback, and Lonestar and Texas Roadhouse steakhouses.

I voted for Ruby Tuesdays because I love their salad bar and White Chicken Chili. Coming in close was Friendly's -love their $9.99 meals.

But, if it was in I probably would vote for UNO's chicago Grill, went there last night and tried their new menu, it was awesome. They now put calories on the menu -in small print at the end of food description for those who don't want to know!! It helps me with choices.

I know a certain farmer that would vote Cracker Barrel. :worship:

I voted Olive Garden.

Never heard of California Pizza Kitchen or Johnny Rocket's.

I chose Cheesecake Factory as well! But my true favorite is PF Chang's. We get take out like once a week! :goodvibes

love red lobster and grand luxe - great, now i have the urge to go eat at one of them....
