I've never been to WDW before and I'm starting to make ADR's.
Can anyone tell me their favorite/what they think is the best restaurant in each park and in downtown disney?

Our all time favorite is Le Cellier in Canada/Epcot. Great Steakhouse!:thumbsup2
Epcot: Also enjoy Rose and Crown, Chefs de France.

MK...Crystal Palace, especially for breakfast
Fast Food...Cosmic Rays: plenty of choices and fun atmosphere

Studios: 50's Prime Time Cafe: Hearty and Fun (not a fan of any other sit
down restaurant) Fast Food: Back Lot...Good Food, never crowded

AK: Tusker House Also have had OK luck at Pizza place

FLORIDIAN: Love Citricos ... 1900 Park Fare-OK
POLY: Love Konas: good dinner but THE BEST BREAKFAST: Tonga Toast
Contemporary: California Grill, but expensive. Anxious to try thr Wave
Boardwalk: Flying Fish is very good and ESPN a lot of fun
AKL: Jiko's is excellent and very different. Should try once

Dpwntown Disney: Must admit I enjoy Rainforest. Also enjoy Portebellos, Bongos and Fultons. Great sandwiches at Earl of Sandwich and dessert at Ghradellis

We plan our days around where we eat! Love it all,
Eat....Drink....and enjoy Disney!!:cool1:

We have eaten at all the WDW restaurants that we care to try (except for V&A - soon) - some don't interest us and others we didn't like. There are no new ones left. These are the ones we will continue to go to in no particular order.

Cape May
CP
LeCellier
San Angel Inn
R&C
ESPN
Chefs de
Jiko
Bomas
Tepan Edo
Raglan Road
Kona Cafe
9 Dragons
Biergarden
SciFi
CG
9 Dragons
Capn Jacks
Wolfgang
Big River (for the beer flights)

We'll probably eat in a few others, but on second thought, probably not.

ETA - How gould I forget Bistro????????

First trip = very exciting!

Magic Kingdom- I am partial to Cosmic Ray's (even though its a CS) because I've eaten there ever since I was a baby.

Animal Kingdom- Tusker House- it's a buffet, and the food is absolutely delicious, and un-park-like. It houses some of the best food I tasted, ever.

D-H Studios- Tie between Sci-Fi Drive In and 50's Prime Time. I like the unique ambience of Sci-Fi, but 50's Prime Time is good, fun, and interactive. One drawback to Sci-Fi is that the clips are short and repetitive, so it behooves one to make late ADRs so the food comes faster ;)

Epcot- Restaurant Marrakesh (Morocco). Food is great, ambience and entertainment enjoyable.

Resorts:
Whispering Canyon (Wilderness Lodge)- lots of fun, good food too

and my absolute fave Disney restuarant-
Kona Cafe (Polynesian)..... the sticky wings are incredible! also, my dad seems to think the tuna is the best he's ever had-- and he's not one to be generous with the comments.

DTD-
I'm a fan of the House of Blues. :woohoo:

MK- CS ( Cosmic Rays, Columbia Harbor house)
TS ( The Plaza, or Crystal Palace)
Epcot- Cs ( Sunshine seasons)
TS ( Les Chefs De France)
DHS None. Don;t care for the CS or TS here
AK- CS( Flame Tree BBq)
TS-never eaten at one
At the resorts I like Cape May(BEach Club) Chef Mickeys( Contemporary) Ohana( Poly) Boma ( AKL)

Magic Kingdom: TS: Crystal Palace (The only TS I like at MK)
CS: Columbia Harbour House

Epcot: TS: Toss up between Biergarten (if you like buffets) and Garden Grill
(If you don't)
CS: Sunshine Seasons. This is the best CS anywhere at WDW IMO

Hollywood Studios: TS: SciFi Dine. I know it gets a lot of bad reviews but
I have had 2 good meals there.

CS: Studio Catering Co.

Animal Kingdom: TS: Tusker House
CS: I have no recommendation because I haven't
eaten at and CS in AK.

Downtown Disney: TS: House of Blues
CS: Wolfgang Puck Express (The one on in
Marketplace)

Resorts: Boma in the AKL. This is my favorite restaurant of
them all!

I have noticed a bunch of positive reviewa for Cape May at Beach Club. We have never eaten there and would like to know why you all like it so much :confused3...Thanks

Cape May is a nice buffet with tons of choices, buckets of clams, mussels, ribs, chicken, corn on the cob, carving station, etc.

I have no favorite MK restaurant but I do like the Crystal Palace breakfast.

I like Mama Melrose and Brown Derby at Hollywood Studios

I like Yak and Yeti at AK

For counter service I love Norway in EPCOT. I also like Coral Reef-mostly the atmosphere and France for table service.

My DH favorite downtown restaurant would be Fultons and Wolfgang Puck Cafe. I like Wolfgang, too.

I also love Citrico and Narcoosee.

Flying Fish is our favorite BW restaurant but the guys also like ESPN.
