How do I know when my 60 day window opens to make my FP+ in MDE? I have a room only reservation that I booked through Orbitz for July 1- July 8, 2014 and linked to MDE. I purchased my park tickets through Disney for will call pick up and have those linked in MDE as well. When I click on the fastpass+ selection....it gives me highlighted dates starting today for the next 30 days. I realize I won't be able to make my FP+ until my 60 day window...but should that tell me what date I should be able to start making them or should I assume it is May 1st?

They sent me a magnet with the 60 days date printed on it and just today I got a postcard with the date on it. We leave June 7, and our date is April 8. Disney seems very focused on making sure we know when to make FP+ ressies, so I'm sure you'll have the same stuff coming your way!

I would assume May 1st, they would open up. When I booked my recent four/five trips I have received magnets in the mail telling me when I can book ADR's and fast passes.

There used to be a spot in MDE that would tell you when you can book it, but it seems that they moved this somewhere else on the site.

Yes, you get a reminder in the mail telling you what date you can begin booking your fast passes. We got a post card in the mail today telling us next Wednesday we can start booking which starts the 60-day Window.

So it doesn't show in MDE when your 60 day window opens? One would think it would be posted somewhere in MDE instead of Disney sending out a post card with the info. Also, is it normal to be able to see the current 30 days open when I'm not arriving until July 1?

When I'm in MDE through the website, I see my 60 day window when I go to the FP selection area. On the app, I don't see it, it just had the days greyed out.

I also booked via orbitz for July 1st (we're at wilderness lodge--how about you?) and tomorrow marks our 60 day window but the fastpass calendar only highlights to end of May -- is this a glitch because we booked orbitz? can it be fixed? I've linked our reservations and our hotel to MDE but no contact from resort yet (we are club level). am worried we lose all on-site benefits if we booked trough orbitz. can anyone advise?

also on disneyworld website can't seem to get chat function like we had for last club level visit in march. am worried for saving some money have given up service. ???

Just bumping this to see if there were any updates. I'm wondering about this too. I have a linked DVC reservation and linked tickets. I know when my window begins, but there's nothing on MDE that indicates it, and obviously right now, the Fastpass+ window only goes out to just past the 30 day mark. I am probably over thinking it, but it's surprising that the MDE planning information doesn't acknowledge the 60 day date, and I suppose it's enough to make me a little nervous.

For those of you asking the questions, did it just open up for you on your reservation day?

Thanks!

My MDE page has a countdown at the top "30 days until..." or something like that. I have been using that to keep track.

Hmm, and this is what makes me worry. I used Disney chat, and they say it is fine and I shouldn't see a countdown, but I am worried because on my main page, it says 78 days to go, which is how long it is until my first dining reservation NOT to my check in.

Here's hoping I can get my FP+ reservations at the 60 day window.
