Fastpass when staying off property

Hi- my FP 30- day mark is coming up this week. Since we don't have reservations on-property, can I only reserve FP one day at a time? I assume so, but just trying to plan ahead. We haven't been to Disney in several years and trying to figure everything out! Thanks so much for your help!
