FASTPASS Return Times to Be Enforced Beginning March 7

Yeah, holding your CM status above all others is a great tactic. Baseless and irrelevant but whatever floats your boat.

Yeah but I bet he gets REALLY good insight on future plans from any bus driver friends!

Indeed. You don't spend a billion bucks -- and brag about it -- unless you're expecting a big return on that investment.

Metered urinals and toilet tokens. I'm calling it.

Perhaps the new bathrooms in Fantasyland will have NextGen queues, and be fully interactive!

Don't say that too loud. I can remember when there used to be charge stalls in public bathrooms!! WOW, I just showed my age :scared1:.

Not even lying several companies have created interactive gaming urinals.... and for the woman's room the interactive queue would definitely help ease the line! :thumbsup2

Now that I think about it, any news on Disney adding/enforcing fastpasses for woman's restrooms around Disney? I've seen times when there was high demand for certain restrooms next to attractions that are walk-on......

OMG, don't give a woman more to deal with in the bathroom!! Between the Spanks, women's unmentionables, and trying to get everything tucked back into place, we don't need MORE destractions...............:lmao: Not to mention the ultra competitive women who will not quit until they win..............:rotfl2:

From Disney's perspective, it has been. The point was to get people spending more time (and money) in shops and restaurants instead of wasting that potential revenue stream by having them stand in lines.

It never really worked out that way, though. Guests generally choose to just do more rides, or do other things that don't produce revenue.

It's been good for guests, especially those who know how to use the system well, but it's been a failure in the eyes of the suits. Hence, the "next-gen" queues, starting with Dumbo -- instead of FastPass, which lets you wander off and come back later, they'll give you a much shorter-term window that keeps you close to the area, without the chance to go off and do another ride or show, but with plenty of time to check out the nearby shop or snack stand.

That "failure" is easy to explain...

They destroyed the quality of their merchandise while increasing its saturation to ungodly levels.

To enamoured with the Chinese...quite simply.

I would bet that even a large portion of the first timers find it repulsive. There's no need to load up.

And couple that with increasing prices...and the shopping element of the trip is not what it once was.
