fastpass+ question

I can book my fastpasses starting tomorrow (July 2.) What time can I start booking-does it work the same way as dining, where you can get online at midnight the night before? Or does it start in the morning? If at midnight tonight, is that eastern time? (In other words, I live in the central time zone-can I start booking at 11:00pm tonight?)

Midnight eastern for the VAST majority. However, there are some unlucky few that are locked out until 1:00. No way to know which group you are in until midnight.
