As mom2rtk said, DLR does not have FP+ or MagicBands at this point. They are still using the legacy/paper FP system (with times being enforced).

There are ways to hold several fast passes at once though at each park. buzz light year is not connected, neither is fantasmic, woc, or frozen.

Buzz Lightyear is the only disconnected attraction FP. The shows (WoC, F!, Frozen at Fantasy Faire) and character meet & greet (A&E) are disconnected from their respective park's FP system. So, yes, in theory, you can get a HM FP and then go directly and get a F! FP (or Buzz Lightyear). The two parks remain disconnected as well, meaning getting a FP in DCA doesn't impact your ability to get a FP in Disneyland.

You can get the WoC FP at the FP machines near Grizzly River Run. The F! FPs are distributed along Big Thunder Trail about half way between the Mark Twain dock and Big Thunder Ranch.

The two parks are also not connected so you can hold a FP for Soarin and also get one for Indy at the same time, if you don`t mind park hopping

FPs for WOC color are just to the left of Grizzly River Rapids ride entrance. FPs for Fantasmic are along Big Thunder Ranch Trail

Assuming that Haunted Mansion has Fastpasses going, yes. Also, you can get another Fastpass either when your window opens for the one you're already holding, or two hours after you pulled it, whichever comes first.

By the way, where do you get fast passes for WOC and Fantasmic?

WoC is by Grizzly River Run and Fantasmic is just past where BTMRR lets out.
