First trip in February! 4 yr old girl and 1 yr old boy. What would you set your fastpasses for in MK, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios? We will have two MK days and 1 day at Epcot and 1 day HS.

I know I want to set one at MK for Anna and Elsa but I am clueless beyond that!

Congrats on the first trip, they're always amazing!

This is what I'd do with kids your age.

MK (2 days, 6 FP)
Meet Anna and Elsa at Princess Fairytale Hall
Enchanted Tales With Belle
Peter Pan's Flight
The Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh
Festival of Fantasy Parade
Main Street Electrical Parade

HS
Toy Story Midway Mania
Beauty and the Beast - Live on Stage
Fantasmic (if you don't get the F! dining package)

Also, I'd personally suggest skipping Epcot for Animal Kingdom. Epcot is great for adults/teens IMO, but less so for the young ones. We slotted 1.5 days for Epcot on our first trip, then down to 1 day on our second, and on our next trip it will be a half day park. Really the only reason we're even bothering with Epcot is we love Akershus, much better than CRT.

If you have to do Epcot, I'd do
Turtle Talk With Crush
IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth
The Seas with Nemo & Friends

Although I'd much perfer
Animal Kingdom
Kilimanjaro Safaris
Festival of the Lion King
Finding Nemo

Also, the two parades I have selected for MK probably aren't popular with most, but I loved them. They are feet from the entrance to the castle, and the pics we got of the kids with the parade going by, with the castle right behind them were amazing. Show up a little early for curb side seats.

Most of the ones I chose are pretty popular and have longer waiting time. Look through here if you want more info.

I'm far from a vet, since my last trip to WDW was in 2000, but our trips sound similar, so figured I'd share what I chose in case it helps :) We have a 5 year old son and a 1 year old son, and will also have 2 days at MK, 1 at Epcot, and 1 at HS.

MK (our first and last full day):
A/E meet and greet
Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
7 Dwarf Mine Train
Haunted Mansion
Pirates of the Caribbean
Enchanted Tales with Belle

EP (day 2):
Turtle Talk with Crush
Test Track
Meet Disney Pals (probably a waste of a fp, but I wasn't sure how my ds would feel about Soarin' and I want to make sure they meet Mickey ;))

HS (day 3):
Toy Story Mania
Star Tours
Frozen Sing Along

My boys 4 and 3 loved Epcot it was the favorite they really liked Figment and turtle talk but Loved all the small things in Innovations and begged to go back into the "ball" to see spaceship earth they also liked the universe of energy seeing the dinosaurs. A fast pass to the character spot at Epcot is a good use of the pass because you see 3 for us it was Mickey Pluto and Minnie and we didn't really stand in line for any other characters at the other parks meeting the characters is a huge time suck.
