FastPass+ for Under 3

We have a group of 14 traveling together and we are selecting our FastPass+ this weekend. Now I know you pick a magic band for under 3 but do you have to make FastPass+ selections for them. Technically they don't have a ticket to link since they are under the age for tickets?

Kids under 3 can't make FP+ selections because they don't have a park ticket.

They can accompany anyone 14+ on any ride where the 14+ person has a a valid FP+ selection and the 0-2 year old meets the minimum height requirement.

my niece was 2 when my family and my sisters were at WDW in October. One of the adults and the older kids had FP+ for rides my niece was too little to ride and the other adult had FP+ for something to take the 2 year old on. Most times it was me, so while sis and everyone else was on Space Mtn, etc I rode Dumbo with the 2 year old. worked out great and we were able to get times that were very close for the 2 attractions.
