FastPass+ and MagicBand Questions

I hope I posted this in the correct section?? Anyways, we have been to DW many times but this will be our first with little kids, FPplus and MagicBands. I have several questions. We have 5 adults, two have annual passes w/FP+ and three have regular park hopper tickets with no FP+. How can we all get FP's together? Can the AP holders still get FP's through the kiosks that way we all can stay together? How do MagicBands work for little kids? We have two, 19 months and 29 months. I know we don't have to buy a ticket for them, but this is how they will get into parks and get FP's? Will the bands fall off their arms? Do we put them on an ankle? Thanks!!
