fastpass and ADRs cancellations

Our trip is planned for Sept 13 thru 20. I have been logging in a couple of times a day to check on changing a couple of our fastpasses and ADRs. I am sure there must be a certain number of folks that booked trips, but didn't make their payments in full.

When does Disney start cancelling ADRs and fastpasses, making them available again?

Full payment due by 45 days out, but that wouldn't cancel ADRs as those can be booked separate from a stay. Those would have to be cancelled separately by the individual.
