Fast resale purchase experience with Fidelity

I just wanted to point out the extremely positive experience we have had with Sharon and the folks at Fidelity. We placed our offer on Dec 4th, it was accepted right away and this morning Points were loaded into my account and I have made my reservations. Granted we are already members so that takes some time off of the process. The bonus for us is that there were also 120 points that were banked from 2012 that I just used to book a trip in 3 days. I will use Fidelity again.

We used fidelity a few years ago when we bought and had an excellent experience. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
