She’s different than I thought she would be - more normal.

And the kids all seem lovely and well adjusted. Very nice looking family!

One octuplet has such different colouring than his siblings - genetics are so very odd!

It was interesting. The kids seemed normal expect the oldest son seemed to have anger issues.

I found it weird she always wears huge hats when going outside.

i've watched the first 2 episodes so far. I remember the coverage on it so clearly. I was only a few years out of working for DSHS and all I could think was all the calls that county's office must have been receiving . several years after the octuplets were born and she was convicted of welfare fraud for not reporting income all I remember thinking was 'don't people who are in the tabloids/discussed on talk shows... realize that their case workers read/watch that stuff?' b/c i'de seen it happen before where someone collecting benefits wouldn't tell us but we would see the headline in national enquirer or hear about it on 'entertainment tonight'.
