I too have an example. Several years ago, we took holiday to the Dominican Republic. The brochure indicated such things as 'golf course nearby, table tennis, air conditioned rooms etc.'
Once we arrived, we found out the air conditioning wasn't working, the golf courses were private, and they had no ping pong balls. So, the brochure wasn't really inaccurate, as the rooms do have central air, it just wasn't working. There was a golf course nearby, just that hotel guests weren't allowed to play there. They did of course of ping pong table, just no ping pong balls. This was a 5 star resort. Terms and conditions were of course, subject to change.
