Fast pass wishes

For those of you who have been recently......

Did any of your party leave to go get snacks?

I'm sort of wondering if we can redeem our FP, then send one party to the kiosk (magic bands in hand) to see if there happens to be anything left to schedule for after the fireworks.

We didn't do it, but I asked when we entered and they told us we could leave and come back if we wanted.

Glad it didn't feel cramped for you up near the front. I didn't think it was crowded but near the back of the pack CMs kept trying to move everyone up tighter. Didn't see the need. Seemed like the CMs didn't know what crowds to expect in their either, like they were prepping for it to be crowded.

I'll cross my fingers that the CM's get the feel for this and stop encouraging people to cram in.

The bottom line for us was that the Wishes FP was well worth it.

We were making our FPs for later in the day anyway, so there was no issue about giving up a chance for a 4th FP. We started that day at DAK at 8 AM , and went over to MK in time to watch the 3 PM FOF parade from the train station platform. We had a FP at 7DMT before our dinner at BOG and one for A&E after, so by 8 PM I was ready to sit and relax before seeing CTM and Wishes to cap off the day. We also snuck in Philharmagic and some Photopass pictures around the park before and after dinner.

Be aware that light/speaker poles will likely be in your frame on wider/lower framing.

As was mentioned above, your shooting position will affect your view vs. blockage.

We were there Thursday night (April 9th). I was able to leave to bring my DS potty. I confirmed before we left that we could come back in. When we came back, I didn't need to scan my MB again because the CM said she remembered us.

We have a fp for Wishes for next Sunday. Are both east and west sides open now? How do these areas exit after the show is over? Do they send the west fp area through the exit area behind Main Street?

I'm reading more and more reports like yours, hopefully they're figuring things out with the new spots. Sounds so much better than fighting the masses outside the fp+ area. Like you, we schedule afternoon fp+ so it's not costing us extra fp+'s either. Thanks for report on the conditions.

Yes.
For several weeks, now.

So far, guests with a FP can choose for themselves which area to enter.
