Fast pass Window time

What time does the fast pass window open? Previously you could start making reservations at midnight on day 60 before the trip, but I have heard they are changing the time to 7AM Eastern time on the morning of day 60. Has anyone made recent reservations?

Yes, 7:00am Eastern. My window opened up last weekend...I was up bright and early to get those puppies booked. The system is a little different in terms of the way it looks on MDE but you'll get the hang of it quickly.
