I've set up 3 Fast Pass times for each day/park of our trip next month....just curious what the delta is between how long I will wait in the Fast Pass line vs. the standby line? I'm sure it's crowd dependent, but what is the longest anyone has waited in a FP line? I'm sure whatever it is has to be better than the 120-150 minute lines I'll see at some rides. Thanks in advance...

1. I'm sure it's crowd dependent, but
2. what is the longest anyone has waited in a FP line?
3. I'm sure whatever it is has to be better than the 120-150 minute lines I'll see at some rides.

1. Yes. And ATTRACTION dependent.
2. "Longest FP wait" is irrelevant.
3. Figure between 5-25 minutes (give or take.)

Appreciate the feedback Robo.... call me stupid, but we are planning a trip March 20-26. It's the only time that works with the kids' sports schedules, etc... On top of that we are bringing the older boy's girlfriend (16) along and she's a Disney first timer. Trying to do as much planning ahead of time as possible to get her the most enjoyment out of her first trip. Wish me luck!

P.S. - any advice or tips are appreciated. Lol

The delta really depends on the attraction, time of year, time of day, etc. The FP line will almost always be shorter....sometimes shorter than other times.

I once waited for nearly an hour in the FP line at ToT. However, half the attraction went down. They told us when we got in line that it would be much longer than normal waits due to the closure of one of the elevators. They offered to give us a FP for another attraction instead of the ToT one. We opted to wait because it was my DD's first time of ToT.

I think typically a 10-15 min wait is normal---could be a few min. more or less.

Assuming nothing goes wrong, the FP queues are designed to never be over 15 minutes long.

If the ride goes down or a lot of recoveries are used at once then it can alter the wait times
