Fast pass strategy

Not sure if this is the correct place to put this But, here it goes. DH, DS12 and myself plan to arrive the day before DD and her DH arrive. We are staying at FT wilderness campsites so technically we can have up to 10 on our reservation. DD is flying and using DME to get to her resort but I thought of adding them to our first night (even though they won’t be there) so it makes it easier for me to get all the fast passes. Would this screw anything up for them? Mostly concerned about DME since they would be coming in the next day. Thanks in advance

You can book ALL of everyone's FPs on YOUR FP day.
You just cannot book FPs (for those guests) for ON a day (during the trip) before those guest's tickets are valid.

Sorry I made this confusing. We arrive on a Wednesday and DD on Thursday. Our first park day is Friday. So I thought if I put her on our ressie the first night I could make all our FP+ selections a day earlier. ( so since we will be there a couple days early, so our 1st park day will be 60+2 making hard to get selections a little easier) I’m sorry, maybe I don’t make sense

As long as she has a valid park ticker for that day, you can. If the first day her ticket is valid is that Friday, the first day you can make a FP for her would be at the 60 day mark for that Friday.

We have military salute tickets. Do we need to say what days we are using them?

You can book FPs for everyone listed on your MDX (through the number of days you will be at the resort -and- for the number of days worth of valid tickets) starting 60 days from resort check-in.
