Fast Pass + Selection help!?

Okay, so out of the two days we are going to Magic Kingdom I have a "dream plan" with all the attractions we'd like to see that day... Can I get any suggestions on which one of these I need a Fast Pass + for? I am COMPLETELY new to the Fast Pass + system, so ANY help from someone who has gone through this, or knows something I don't would be appreciated!

Also, any opinion of how unrealistic it will be to squeeze all this in?

Day 1:

• Meet and Greet Tinkerbell
• Ride Peter Pans Flight
• Haunted Mansion
• Hall of Presidents
• Splash Mountain
• Pirates of the Caribbean
  
• Enchanted Tiki Room
• Magic Carpets of Aladdin
• Meet and Greet Gaston before Dinner at Be Our Guest

Day 2:
(daughters birthday, and she's doing the boutique and lunch at the castle. Since she is going to be dressed up, I'm trying to squeeze in all the Princess meets/pics as I can.)

• Meet and Greet Anna & Elsa
• Meet and Greet Rapunzel & Cinderella
• Meet and Greet Merida
• Meet and Greet Mickey Mouse
• Meet and Greet Ariel in her Grotto
  
• Mad Tea Party
• Dumbo the Flying Elephant
• Under the Sea Journey of the little Mermaid
• Enchanted Tales with Belle
• 7 Dwarf Mine Train (already assuming this is one of our FP+ options)

Do you think it would be worth taking the risk to make it a rope drop attraction? I'd love to experience it all... I just worry about the 60min possible wait..

Many head to PP as the first attraction after Rope Drop.
I'd expect a standby wait of 5-20 minutes.
