Varies greatly.
Which is to say, different attractions, different dates, different times-of-day...
will all combine to cause the wait-time to vary.

And, it can vary a lot.

Figure 5-15 minutes on the short end... 30 minutes (or more) if the attraction is backed up.

We had Fastpasses the first week of March. Our wait was no more than 10 mins, probably closer to 5. The sister were great! Did not feel rushed at all. But that only equates for Anna/Elsa, and can really vary.

My aunt had a FP and it was less than 5 minutes. She said people without Fp that day was 45 mins-6 hours. Just depends. I would not wait 6 hours. This was in December I think.
