Fast Pass Plus Question

I have a fast pass question as I have never encountered this situation. When we made our fast passes we assumed our arrival day would take us to Epcot after 7pm. Our flight will now get us into Orlando at 5am arrival day.
If we are up to it we would like to head to magic kingdom after we settle in. Here’s my question.

If we have 3 fast passes for Epcot, All after 7pm (hence not one has lapsed) and we decide to go to magic kingdom. Can I scrap all Epcot fast passes and make our original 3 for MK? We wouldn’t know our plans until after the parks open for the day. It’s going to be based on how everyone feels from sleeping al night on a plane.

You don't even have to make the step to cancel them.
You can just go in and look at FP at MK. If you like what you see, confirm the choices and it will replace the Epcot FP with the MK FP all at once. That way, if you hate the options for the MK FP you can just make a spur of the moment change and keep with Epcot. If you back out or close the page, it will leave the Epcot FP unchanged. Only confirming the MK FP will cancel the Epcot ones, and replace them with some for MK

Assuming you have parkhoppers... If you don't like what you see for MK when you get there, you can just take a "slow day" at MK doing things with short waits, having lunch, watching the parade. Then head over to EPCOT for the FP activities.

Thank you everyone. We do have parkhoppers. I will hold off on booking new fast passes until we decide. I may have 3 tired teens wanting to sleep on a loung chair at the pool until our room is ready.
