Fast pass help

im sure this has been asked many times but a quick search was not helpful

We are staying off site at the end of March and planning one MK day with our 9 month old

We want to fast pass a few things but o don't know how that works offsite. I know it's 30 days, but what time can I make reservations?

I also need to buy our tickets but have been told that once I do that it will be linked to my MDE?

Also, if our chosen day has bad weather can I change the fast pass day and hope to get something?

Owe also want to get memory maker , do I just order that online and have it linked?

Sorry for so many questions, this new system just confuses me.
