fast pass availability

at about what time do the fast passes run out if I arrive at 11 or 12 will there be any available?

Well i think it depends on how busy the park is that day. Most days i have been in the parks they dont run out til at least 1pm. When im always there, i seem to have the most difficulty getting fastpasses at mgm. as far as Magic kingdom goes, ive seen space mountain passes run out as early as noonish and as late as 6 or 7 in the afternoon. Hope this helps

I'm new here..
Fast passes RUN OUT?? I thought it was sort of an ongoing thing.

Are fast passes available to everyone, or just those staying inside Disney?

Yes they can run out rides like EE or Soarin can run out before noon on busy days.

they run out for the day and start over at the begining of each day. Everyone can get fastpasses you just put your ticket to the park in the machiene(sp?) and it prints u a fastpass and gives u your ticket back.
