Fast pass and MNSSHP

I just heard that if you link your party tickets to your MDE you can schedule fast passes between 4:00 and 6:00. Is this true? We’re spending the morning in AK. Would we be able to book our AK fast passes and then book MK fast passes between 4:00 and 6:00 in advance (not as a 4th fast pass)? We do not have hoppers.
