Fast Pass and EMH?

For the evenings of EMH, cannot remember when they start giving out fast passes. Do they give out fast passes for the EMH while everyone is still in the park or do they wait till it is only resort guest?

Whether any given attraction will have FP during EMH totally depends on the ride managers for that EMH.

Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.

IF the FP machines are operating during PM EMH, they "start from scratch" at the beginning of the EMH.
