Farrell's Vacation Rentals/ Bonnet Creek

Sorry to keep posting, trying to figure this out! We have decided on Bonnet Creek. I got a quote from Vacation Strategies that was good, then got a better one from Farrell's Vacation Rentals that I found through a google search at http://www.bonnetcreekvacationrentals.com/

Has anyone booked through this site?

That is the site that I used to initially contact Farrell but after we made the deal, he e-mailed me a PayPal link for payment (he allowed me to break it up in 3 payments). Farrell is a reserve owner and was the only one who could guarantee me 8 nights without having to move. We don't go until mid-September so I don't know if he will live up to it but he seems like a straight forward guy even though he is on "island time" (so don't expect instant replies to your e-mails).

We used Farrell's Vacations 2 years ago for Bonnet Creek, 9 nights, 2 bedroom presidential. He gave us a great price and everything went smoothly. I would use him again.

We used Farrell's for our Bonnet Creek stay last June. We had a very positive experience.

I used him for a 4 bedroom 7 night stay in June. Great to work with and almost $1000 cheaper than the other two that are mentioned often here. The other two didn't even have any availabilty, just gave me pricing if they did get a 4 bedroom available.

We are doing a ten day trip with a split stay at Bonnet Creek and Port Orleans Riverside over spring break next year and have gotten a couple quotes from Farrell through Ebay and we are looking to probably book with him instead of vacation strategy because his quote was better and availability through him seems more guaranteed.

When is it best to book through him.. 2 months PRIOR or a 6 months +?

We booked through him (via ebay) our last disney trip. Everything was great. We were only in Orlando for 5 nights and he gave us an awesome deal. I'd book through him again for sure.

We booked a stay through Farrell for 14 nights in April last year. He was great to work with and wish we had booked through him again for our next trip but got a better price elsewhere with not as great policies.

We came across Farrell Vacation rentals by chance. Amazing prices and at first thought it was to good to be true. I'm glad we took the chance. We stayed a week at Disney for 1/3 the price our friends are staying. Resort was beautiful. Quick responses from Farrell and always open to questions. If we ever go back to Disney, we will be planning our lodging thru Farrell. A++++++ in our book.

Farrell's Cancellation/Exchange Policy (as per a non ebay ~ purchase)

Any vacation may be exchanged/cancelled until the reservation is placed in your name 15-30 days before check-in minus fees. Thereafter, no changes can be made.

(Exchange) To move your stay for credit toward another vacation a $119 transfer fee per reservation is applied.

(Cancellations) will receive a refund within 30 business days minus a $159 restocking fee.

Thank you! I got a quote from Farrell's and VS. VS was less so now just need to contact Vacation Upgrades. Is there anyone else to 'shop' from? I have looked at eBay but I am looking for next May and nothing there is that far out.

Generally speaking ~ The quotes you receive are not firm until you place a deposit.

But they will honor them as long as they are still available.

Vacation Strategy (in my opinion) has the *Best* Cancellation Policy

followed By Vacation Upgrades and then Farrell's.

Ebay purchases would depend on the seller ~ I would Ebay only if my plans are 100% for sure.
