Fantasyland touring plan

Suppose I want to get as much Fantasyland done as possible one morning without FPs (excluding PP, AE, and SDMT, because we will FP those another time). I was thinking:

Enchanted Tales with Belle
Journey of the Little Mermaid
Meet Ariel
Meet Cinderella/Rapunzel
Barnstormer
Dumbo
It's a Small World
Mad Tea Party
Carrousel
Mickeys PhilharMagic

I would say the lines to meet Ariel and Cinderella/Rapunzel would get longer before the Journey of The Little Mermaid. But other than that, I'd say that's a pretty good plan! Have fun!

I would FP Enchanted Tales with Belle and do PP at rope drop. ETWB takes around 30 minutes all totaled, and that's prime touring time you'll be missing first thing in the morning. Plus, the new queue for PP is amazing, and you'll miss it in the FP line. Another option, if you're at MK in the evening, is to do ETWB late at night. It usually has little to no wait right before closing.

I would move ETWB to later in your plan. According to Touring Plans the expected low wait is 16 minutes and the high is 33 minutes on a level 9 day. The attraction itself takes 20-30 minutes to do. If you do ETWB first, you'll chew up the bulk of your first hour; moving it to later you will save more than 15 minutes in lines for other attractions that you can then knock out in the first hour.

PP who suggests FP ETWB on your other day and doing PP at RD has a good point as well; PP is a pretty short ride so you can hit it first and still have plenty of time to maximize the value of being in the park early afterwards.
