I just watched a video presentation about the new Fantasyland expansion. My question is when is Fantasyland going down for refurb? Also, which attractions will be affected or closed during this time?

Nobody knows.

But, there is plenty of speculation.

The only things going "away" from the current Fantasyland are Ariel's Grotto,Scuttle's Landing and possibly Pooh's Playful Spot.Dumbo will be "moved" and "doubled".

ALL of Toontown is going away(although Mickey and Minnie's Country Cottages may be moved somewhere else).The most "likely" time for the closure of Toontown is Fall 2010.

thanks guys! Im sorry I overlooked that thread, now I did hear Mickey an Minnie's cottages would stay.So does this mean Donald's Boat and the Judge's Tent and Goofy's Barnstormer will go?

We don't know that any of the houses will "stay."

We have just seen a quote that says Mickey's and Minnie's houses
will not be eliminated.

They may, in fact be moved or rebuilt elsewhere.

The Barnstormer will stay where it is, but be re-themed to better match "Dumbo."

It is safe to assume that the tents will be gone.

EVERYTHING in Toontown will be demolished except Mickey and Minnies Country Cottages and Barnstormer.

The Cottages will be moved,but no one knows where.

Barnstormer will stay and will be rethemed as a "Dumbo-Centric,Clown Themed" coaster.Here is some good info. http://www.wdwnewstoday.com/archives/4958
