I have created a spreadsheet with all of our details on it. I will use it to deliver gifts to everyone in our FE exchange. As we add people and find out room numbers, I will add those. Anyone interested in my sending it to them can let me know. I will add my email link at a later date so I can attach it to emails.

I believe we are booking at Animal Kingdom Lodge for four days before or possibly Boardwalk villas. Anyone know either about those two hotels?

I don't believe it, first the invite to FE, now you are saying you might be staying at AKL before the cruise. We are already booked for AKL 3 days before the cruise. Still researching the FE thing though.

We are looking to book AKL still....its a hard choice since we loved it so much the last time!! Still a hard choice to make! We are flying in July 3rd and doing the parks for sure on the fourth,fifth, and sixth, maybe even the third!

Row, we are DVC members so we try to go to WDW 2x a year. We LOVE the Boardwalk!!! It's so much fun staying there! It's walking distance to Epcot and HS (if you don't want to walk, there's a boat that will take you there). You can watch the fireworks from the bridge at the end of the boardwalk area, leading to Epcot. There are live shows going on in the evenings on the boardwalk (magic shows, comedy shows) and people walking around or using the surrey bikes. There are many places to stop by either for ice cream, a quick slice of pizza, candy, etc. The ESPN club is there and many other great places, including a dance hall and piano bar!
You won't be bored at the Boardwalk, that's for sure!

Wow! Thanks for the info! It's a tough decision! we are also DVC members so we will be staying in the villas, AKL is our home for DVC so it is nice to stay there. My entire family is debating the hotels everynight! We just cant seem to pick one!

RIP my faithful iMac....but at least it is getting replaced. Weird how detached I've felt without a computer....lol

Once we get a final list for our group I will link my email and get it out to everyone. I am thinking I should wait until everyone has their room numbers - much closer to the time of our departure.

I will be such fun to get to meet everyone on the ship. Our countdown will soon be less than 3 digits - a huge milestone since we started this it over 250 days. I have been busily working on our FE gifts and having a great time. The planning of a trip is always so much fun!

Just a heads up for online check in for Gold Castaway Club members. I was able to begin my online check in this AM and book excursions if I wanted to. All the family cabanas for Castaway Cay have been booked already.
I didn;t book any excursions because I don't know what we want to do yet.

I would definitely like to get your spreadsheet. I was going to do one myself, but have been on vacation. It was super helpful last year on the Dream to have it sorted by deck!

We have a week at the Kidani Lodge after the cruise. Too bad we won't be there at the same time. My oldes GD is having her 5th birthday while there - with Cinderella. She is pretty excited.

Will get the spreadsheet out to everyone once we know if anyone else will be joing our group. Right now we have 21 females and 10 males. I will also send it once everyone has room assignments. Am I correct some people won't know until two weeks prior to sailing?

I'm sure you will find that most everything is still available. I know the Cabanas on Castaway Cay are usually booked but I imagine most everything else will have some availablility! Don't give up!

This is the first time I've done this but is it usual to have just a small group connect before a cruise? Or is it that people chime in closer to the cruise date?
I was just wondering since there doesn't seem to be much new activity in our thread....
