Fantasy Excursions with Small Kids

We are first time cruisers traveling to Cozumel and Costa Maya with three kids, ranging from 2.5 to 5.5. None of the adults in the party are particularly athletic, so we are definitely not interested in anything strenuous. We would like one of the ports to be a beach day and maybe one to be more cultural/educational.

Which excursions would you recommend? Of course we also realize some may be sold out by the time we are able to book them from our spot lowest on the totem pole.

We did the Playa Mia Beach Break in Cozumel. It wasn’t the greatest excursion but our 2.5 yo LOVED the kids area with all the slides. We could barely pull him out of there. The drinks and food were all included, so that was nice. I’d go back for him but not on my own.
