I have a Rancho Fantastmic 9:00pm package booked for March 19th, however I am worried staying afterwards for fireworks won't be as good and wondering if I should cancel the package and do fireworks at 9:30pm followed by 10:30pm Fantasmic. Will we get seats? I don't see a 10:30pm dining package offered. I have two kids aged 6 and 8, but last year they managed to close down the park until midnight, so I think they can handle the later showtime.

I see March 19 second show dining options on my app. It looks like Rancho del Zocalo as well as River Belle lunch and dinner are all available for that date.

Where will you watch the fireworks from if you aren't watching them from Rivers of America? The fireworks end at 9:45pm. You'll need a strategy to get from wherever you are watching the fireworks to Harbour Galley in order to access your dining package seats.

Oh really?? I only saw 9:30pm show options thank you I will check. But wondering if we need to package if doing the late show as isn't usually easier to get seats for that one? I was thinking of setting up by entrance to adventure or frontier land for fireworks so I can quickly get over to where fantastic is for seats.

Definitely. If you are sitting in the RdZ section, your best bet is to leave via Bayou Country. The masses will be headed in the other direction so, although it looks like a shorter, more direct path, it will be much more crowded. Also, if you take the longer route around, it gives SWGE time to clear out for those who were there watching Fire of the Rising Moon.

Sorry about the smudges. I had to use Magic Eraser to get rid of the wait time bubbles. Ogas is circled in teal. The red star is the RdZ dining package area.

I've never been to SWGE at WDW. Supposedly it is the exact same layout at Disneyland.

tip: set your map to 'hotels' and you won't have any bubbles of anything in your screen shots ;-)

It is tough to say for mid March. Middle of the week shouldn't be bad, but it is spring break so you never know.

Friday's night 9 PM F! showing was stopped abruptly midway through (I wasn't there, but heard reports from CMs - anyone there?)

10:30 PM showing ran as normal, though Kaa did not make an appearance. Anyone seen F! recently? If so, curious if Kaa was also missing in recent showings or if this was a one-off technical issue.

For 10:30 PM showing, the pyro behind the top Mickey at the end did not go off and there was no magically moving Mickey, but other than these issues the show looked as sharp as ever. The stuntspeople for the Peter Pan sequence were also not performing their stunts and were largely stationary, but I think this is for performer safety given that it was raining throughout the day on Friday.

So while every crowd calendar says that the weeks before and after Easter will be crowded, it doesn't appear that Disneyland is adjusting their Fantasmic schedule. Are Disneyland's calculations correct or are the crowd calendars? :scratchin

I am very surprised at this scheduling change. The week before Easter no F! during the week. It is the week after Easter and Passover week...lots of vacationers and schools are closed. I would have expected weeknight F! performances the week of the 21st - that is not the case. I expect the parks to close late but no entertainment except WofC.
