Fantasmic Thread!

I have reservations for 6 for the Rancho Del Zocalo option. Half of my party 2 adults and 1 infant probably won’t last til Fantasmic. Is this like other dining reservations where as long as 1 person shows up it’s fine and you arent charged for the missing people?

Yes. You can also modify your reservation to remove those that will not be joining for the show.

The meal is picked up earlier in the day so if they pick up their meal and eat it they’d be charged for it.

There are two lines/counters in Rancho del Zocalo. One is for the regular menu and the other is for Fantasmic Prix Fixe. Those with Fantasmic reservations get in the line for the Prix Fixe meals. The others can get in the regular line and pick items from the regular menu. CM are at the entrance and guiding you once inside.

When the party checks out at the register, they will get Fantasmic tickets for the Prix Fixe meals and no tickets for the other meals. You take your tray and select a table where you want to sit, so everyone can dine together regardless of what they are eating.

This is very helpful. Thanks!

You can find the package descriptions on the website.

I don't know if the brunch or dinner menus have changed (other than price). These images are from May 24, 2024.
Thank you. I have never seen Fantasmic and I also have never done the package obviously LOL. Will we be able to see the fireworks from this same area or will we need to walk somewhere right after fantasmic to see them?

Did you reserve the first show? If so, you are seated for Fantasmic and then can stand for fireworks. You can stay in the same location where you watched Fantasmic or move forward or to the side if you like.

Fantasmic ends at 9:27 pm and fireworks start at 9:30 pm. Immediately after Fantasmic ends, they open the dining package area for others to enter to watch fireworks. Sometimes the other guests rush in quickly before the Fantasmic viewers get the chance to stand up and pick up their belongings. Just letting you know so you are prepared.

There really isn't a bad view of fireworks from the dining package seats. If you have small kids, you might want to move forward for them to see the projections on the water screens. The picture below will give you an idea of where the fireworks are relative to the water screens in the RB dining package area.

Thank you thats super helpful! We did reserve the first show because my youngest usually falls asleep by the time the fireworks come on. We have a stroller as wheelchair tag, will they be able to stay in the stroller with that in the viewing area?

Opinion. Can we watch the 1st Fantasmic, stay for fireworks in that area and then make it to Ogas by 10:20?

Definitely. If you are sitting in the RdZ section, your best bet is to leave via Bayou Country. The masses will be headed in the other direction so, although it looks like a shorter, more direct path, it will be much more crowded. Also, if you take the longer route around, it gives SWGE time to clear out for those who were there watching Fire of the Rising Moon.

Sorry about the smudges. I had to use Magic Eraser to get rid of the wait time bubbles. Ogas is circled in teal. The red star is the RdZ dining package area.

I've never been to SWGE at WDW. Supposedly it is the exact same layout at Disneyland.

This is amazing info. This time we will be at DL, so excited Fantasmic is back!

Does anyone know where the seating is for the new Cafe Orleans options? Did it take over the section previously reserved for the Blue Bayou seats?

Turns out I only have a cancel reservation option for my Rancho Del Zocalo reservation, there's no modify or change reservation, like my others have.
